We are looking for three fields of cooperation:

1. Mutual technology development

   We use many of open source technologies as: PHP, JavaScript, PostgreSQL. We are looking forward for mutual technology development. The best way is to find a company that is not our competitor on the local market but is also interested in the same software technology as we use. All of our Internet technologies are open source so cooperation is very simple to organize. We propose the following steps:

   • Establish direction of software development
   • Divide needed changes into two parts
   • Each company writes his own part and shares it with the other
   • Each company has the rights to use all parts (files) of the technology
   • Technology cooperation takes part without any money transfers and payments

   Partner profile: software company uses PHP as their main Internet software technology, not competing with Varico on the software market.

2. Sales and implementation partner

   Our Internet software is written in English (PHP, JS and SQL). We provide whole source code to the end user and he has the rights to modify each part of the program. Every partner has the privilege to customize and tailor user interface without modification of the source code. Every interface element (lists, dialogs, menus) is based on template. We offer mutual technology development for our sales partners also.

   Partner profile: software dealer with some experience in SME market, dealer must provide additional implementation and trainings services.

3. Consulting services' partnership

   Some of our products need a lot of consulting to be well implemented. The best example is a module of our flagship INFInet System - BSC - STRATEGUS. To implement Balance Scorecard idea our client has to have a strategy and the set of objectives already defined. So a lot of consulting services are mainly needed. A little of technical experience is welcomed.

   Partner profile: consulting company uses Internet technologies as their main platform to solve clients' problems.
